Reward in Louisiana Increases, Heather Ray

In preparing an E to send to friends and family in the affected states should I include the cost of raising a whooper from birth to adulthood? I remember it once being estimated at $100,000 each … Or was it 10,000?

Great idea Warren. The estimated cost is $100k. More if one considers the tracking and monitoring time.
