Checking in on the Chicks

Bev Paulan sent along the above image last week, which shows the six Whooping crane colts foraging in one of the ponds within the winter release enclosure at St. Marks NWR.

    What a nice surprise to see all six 🙂
    It almost appears like # 1 & #2 are standing guard while the others nosh on pond goodies. Is there any chance Brooke could take a bit of video to be posted?
