Thank You Gift
Draw
All MileMaker sponsors are eligible to be drawn for a Thank You Gift
of a two week stay at Mot Mot Manor in fabulous Costa Rica! Mot Mot
Manor is located on the Nicoyan Peninsula in the beautiful gated
community of
Roma del Mar.
The closest airport is Liberia, Costa Rica (~2.5 hour drive). This
incredible gift was donated for the 2012 MileMaker campaign by a
generous supporter who wishes to remain anonymous.

The Thank
You Gift includes airfare and rental car for up
to two persons and to a maximum of $2000. Accommodations include the use
of a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa/private residence. Amenities include: Kitchen,
dining room, beautiful
patio with in-ground pool, BBQ station. Two week stay date
selection depends on availability and must be taken during 2013 calendar
year.
Draw
for the Thank You Gift will be made
March 31, 2013 at the conclusion of the
2012 MileMaker campaign. Disclaimer:
Operation Migration cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of
information and photos portrayed on the Roma del Mar website. The
facilities for two week stay are provided in a private
residence by the donor of the thank you gift. Operation Migration
offers the two week accommodations without endorsement or warranty of
any kind, whether express or implied, as to suitability or
satisfactory quality. Operation Migration shall not be responsible
for any direct or indirect costs incurred relating to use, or
arising out of or in connection with use of Mot Mot Manor/Roma
del Mar.
Terms and Conditions

Participants must be a 2012 MileMaker sponsor to be eligible
for any draws.

A quarter mile sponsorship shall equal one (1)
entry; a half mile sponsorship shall equal two (2) entries; and, a
full mile sponsorship shall equal four (4) entries.

All notifications or communications with
participants will be via email or telephone.

Operation Migration Inc and/or Operation
Migration USA Inc (OM) shall not be responsible for MileMaker
sponsorships
that are sent but not received by OM for any reason.

Thank you
gift must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If specified
gift becomes unavailable for any reason, OM in its sole and
absolute discretion, may substitute a gift of equal value.
There shall be no exchange whatsoever for dollar value.

OM reserves the right in its sole and absolute
discretion to amend any term or condition at any time.

Neither OM nor its officers, directors, employees, agents,
successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs,
damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the
usage of any item drawn and awarded.

Participants in MileMaker 2012 campaign irrevocably agree to their have their name publicized by Operation Migration without compensation.

The odds of being drawn to receive a thank you gift depends upon the number of
MileMaker sponsorships received
and cannot be determined in advance.

All draws are null and void in jurisdictions where prohibited by
law.

By contributing to the
MileMaker 2012
campaign, participants are
deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions set out above.
