2002 Migration South: Wisconsin to Florida

Photos taken Nov. 29, 2002. Flight from Gilchrist Co., FL to Levy Co., FL
This morning the temp was 28F, the coldest yet. Ironic considering we had reach Florida... As quickly as Bill Lishman could de-ice his aircraft, icicles would form on the propeller.
Joe sprays the underside of the wing, while the sun warms the topside.

Richard performs the same task on his aircraft.

Once the sun peeks over the trees de-icing should go faster.

Finally, we have lift-off.

Spanish moss adorns the large Live Oak trees at our Levy County location.
