If a purchaser feels any item has been misrepresented or is in a condition other than as described, Operation Migration Inc. will refund the full purchase price of any item bought on the Operation Migration website under the following conditions:
The purchaser must contact Operation Migration Inc. in writing or by email within one week of receipt of the merchandise, detailing their concerns with the purchase.
Upon receipt of the purchaser’s letter wishing to cancel a sale, a representative from Operation Migration will contact the buyer to verify the issue and to discuss possible methods of resolution to satisfy the purchaser’s concerns.
If it is determined the sale must be cancelled, the purchaser must return the merchandise to Operation Migration in its original condition, within three weeks of the buyer's receipt of the merchandise. Shipping costs related to the item's return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Operation Migration Inc., collects donations on its website to support our mission.
If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavor to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.
If you change your mind about donating online to Operation Migration Inc. for any reason, Operation Migration Inc. is happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution.
