Work inspires movie and Sandhill studies

In the spring, 90% of the geese from the Ontario-to-Tom-Yawkey-Refuge migration return to their natal area.

Lishman and Duff form In The Sky Productions Inc. to provide Columbia Pictures with aircraft and imprinted geese for the film "Fly Away Home."

OM uses ultralight aircraft to lead the first study of costume-reared Sandhill cranes on pre-determined routes in southern Ontario to study the birds' flying habits.
